Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it – sometimes you change your mind! As much as we’d love to help, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it at this time. We’re hoping to add a cancellation window in the future. In the meantime, if the items aren’t quite what you expected, feel free to exchange them for a style you prefer or return them for a refund.

What if I want to talk to someone?

We’d love to chat with you! Reach out with any questions, concerns, or feedback through our contact page – we’re all ears. We aim to get back to you quickly via email: on weekends, you can expect a reply within a few hours. During the week, we’ll respond even faster!

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Chile. Got a different destination in mind? Shoot us a message, and we’ll see what we can do!

How long will it take to get my order?

We’ve got you covered with insured and tracked shipping for every order. Once it’s on the way, here’s when you can expect it to arrive:


• USA: 3-7 business days

• UK: 7-18 business days

• Australia: 7-18 business days

• Canada: 7-18 business days

• Europe: 7-18 business days

• Everywhere else: 14-20 business days

When will I get my tracking info?

We’ll send you your tracking number via email within 2-3 business days after your order is processed. Don’t forget to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the updates!

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries happen Monday through Saturday, except on national holidays.

Refunds & Returns

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase! To start a return, just reach out to us through the contact form on our website.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Heads up: items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages or issues with your order?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If the box looks damaged, or you notice any issues with the product, make sure to take photos or videos before opening the package, and as soon as you spot a problem. Let us know (contact form) right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions – What can’t be returned?

Some items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (like beauty products).

We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’ve got any questions about your specific item, just ask! And unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want? Return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved. If it’s approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Just keep in mind it may take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end too.
